Doris LaPierre 96, of Danville, passed away on June 23, 2018 in her residence.  She was born on March 23, 1922 in Poughkeepsie, New York to the late Abraham and Lillian Fratz Tiger.  Doris was an a School teacher for many years before her retirement.  Cremation arrangements were handled by Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Inurnment will take place at a later date in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
