Donald H. Lillard, 79 of Clayton, passed away November 04, 2021.  He was born on August 18, 1942 in Salmon, Kentucky, to the late William Edgar and Flossie Haydeen (Keen) Lillard.  He married Mary Louise Jackson on May 25, 1973 in Indianapolis.  Don was a truck driver for Yellow Freight for many years and also belonged to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Clayton.  Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Mary Lillard of Clayton; sons, William "Bill" Lillard, Matthew Lillard; daughter, Kimberly Powell; stepdaughters, Teresa Nelms, Pamela Allee; sisters, Rose Haase, Dinah Knipe, Teresa Lee, Rebecca Poag; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  His parents and stepson, Darren Hulett, preceded him in death.  Services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, November 08, 2021 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in the Clayton Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 1:00-5:00 pm on Sunday, November 07, 2021 in the funeral home and also one hour prior to the service on Monday.
