Danny Brosnan, 86, Shoals, Indiana passed away on September 22, 2016 in his residence.  He was born in Indianapolis on April 18, 1930 to Joseph John and Margaret Rose Wagner Brosnan.  Danny attended Notre Dame University and graduated from Butler University. He was the widower of Anne Brosnan.   Danny was a pharmacist at CVS for several years retiring in 1995.  He was a member of the Faith Community Baptist Church in French Lick, Indiana and was a U.S. Navy Veteran.  Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Reverend Dan Baker officiating.  Burial with military rites will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Survivors include his brother, Joe Brosnan (Becky); sisters, Joann Hutchinson and Donna Monahan; several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife, sisters, Janet Brosnan, Margie Rieser and Mary Jane Owens.
