Dale E. Cook, age 84, of Greenwood passed away on September 22, 2023 in Franciscan Hospice House.  Dale was born on June 16, 1939 in Nashville, Indiana to the late Herbert and Nancy Polley Cook.  He was a United States Airforce Veteran.  He married Jane Hale on February 26, 1966; she survives.  Dale was an electrician for General Motors and Rolls Royce for a total of 40 years before his retirement.    Survivors include his wife Jane.  Children: Jennifer Branum (Derek) and Jason Cook.   Private services will be held in Maple Hill Cemetery Chapel with Full Military Rites.  Entombment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society 5635 West 96th Street Suite 100 Indianapolis, Indiana 46278.  Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield is handling the arrangements.
