Corey Jonathan Asher, 40 of Plainfield, passed away on October 14, 2024.  He was born on May 16, 1984 in Indianapolis to Robert and Debra (McCollum) Asher.  He attended Plainfield Christian Church and also enjoyed watching football with his dad on the weekends.  Survivors include his parents; brother, Rodney (Karen) Asher; sister, Tamara (Shawn) Ford; nieces and nephews, Ryan (Melissa) Ford, Morgan Perez, Nicholas Asher; 2 great nieces, Zarah Ford and Autumn Perez.  He was preceded in death by his nephew, Samuel Asher.  Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm on Friday, October 18, 2024 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  A graveside service will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield.
