Connie Lynn Dilley, 74 of Plainfield, passed away on December 12, 2022 at Sugar Grove Senior Living.  She was born on October 02, 1948 in DuQuion, Illinois, to the late Linda M. (Washam) and Kenneth Lee Reese.  Connie was a secretary for the healthcare industry before she retired.  She just attended West Bridge Church in Danville.  She loved flowers and was a member of the Hendricks County Garden Club.  Connie was an avid reader and was in charge of the library at Sugar Grove.  Her favorite times were spent with her family and friends.  Survivors include her daughters, Leanne Jones (Brett) of Avon, Melissa Rost (Steve) of Plainfield; brother, James M. Reese (Marian) of San Francisco, CA.; 4 grandchildren, Audra and Lindsey Jones, Drew and Luke Rost.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and Ex-husband of 44 years, Leon E. Dilley.  Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2022 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Pastor Steve White will officiate.  Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the service time in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Riley Children's Foundation P.
