Obituary

Chase Andrew Lynch, age 20 of Danville, passed away April 10, 2021.  He was born on November 11, 2000 in Danville, to Nikki Himsel and Andy Lynch.  Chase was known as Skippy by his family and friends.  He earned this nickname because he was always a happy-go-lucky kid who kept everyone around him laughing and smiling.

Chase was a 2019 graduate of Danville Community High School.  He lettered in football during his tenure at DCHS.  Chase proudly wore many numbers during his football career.  However, his favorite number was #38 as he was lucky enough to share that number with his Uncle Michael.

Chase had a love for the outdoors.  He also loved being able to work at his grandpa's farm.  Chase spent countless hours working on his truck to get everything on it just right.

Survivors include his parents, Andy Lynch (Amy), Nikki Himsel Lynch (Tim); sister, Madison Lynch Dragonette (Max); brother, Noah Lynch; grandparents, Jack and Theresa Lynch, David and Treva Himsel and Lenora Delp; girlfriend, Ali Means; and several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

Services will be at 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds in the NSSB Arena.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chase "Skippy" Lynch Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Baker Funeral Home 387 E Broadway St Danville, IN 46122 or the Hendricks County 4-H Fair Association P.
