Charlotte "Granny" Thayer, 72 of Bainbridge, passed away June 19, 2018 in her residence. She was born on October 19, 1945 in Danville, Illinois to the late Orville and Margaret Baker. She was the widow of Walter "Pappy" Thayer.   Charlotte was a homemaker and a member of the Greencastle Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness.  Charlotte loved spending and sharing her time with her family.  Calling hours will be on Saturday June 23, 2018 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  A funeral service will start at 5 p.m. with Mr. David Earles officiating.  Survivors include: Her son's Skipper and wife Susan, Richard and wife Sue, daughter in law, Cindy and Husband Mike. Grandchildren: Trish and husband Luke, Lincoln, and wife Crystal, Grant, Brittany and Husband Calvin. Great-grandchildren: Lilly, Summer, L.J., Jacob, Jonathon, Joshua and Caleb.
