Cecil Fredrick, 92 of Clayton, passed away on September 9, 2018 in his residence.  He was born in Broadhead, Kentucky to Gill and Emma Lou McCullah Fredrick.  He was the widow of Roberta Fredrick.   Cecil was an U S Navy veteran of WWII and the Korean War.  He was a security guard for Eli Lilly and Co. for 20 plus years, retiring in 1987.  Funeral services will be on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 1 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Burial with military rites will take place in Clayton Cemetery.  Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. until services in the funeral home.  Survivors include his children, John Ditmer, Donald Ditmer, Ramona Leopard; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
