Obituary

Brenda Sue Greer, age 79, of Plainfield passed away on October 28, 2025 in her residence.  She was born on March 15, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late James Mudd and Emma Louise (Campbell) Reynolds.  She was the widow of Samuel Woodford Greer.  She and her husband owned and operated Accustat Medical Lab in Indianapolis from 1974 to 2005.  She was a loving Mother that once enjoyed traveling the U.S., going to the casino, crocheting and reading. More recently she enjoyed watching the Grandbabies play, having Gracie her loving puppy lay on her lap in her chair and watching Colts Football.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday November 6, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the funeral home on November 6, 2025.

Survivors include her son James Armit Greer (Rebecca).  Grandchildren: Megan Diaz, Kaye-Anne Allsion (Josh McCoy), Matthew VanHorn (Alyiah), Trevor VanHorn and Jordan Savage.  Greatgrandchildren: Lauren Barnett, Joslyn McCoy, Wesley McCoy, Ily McCoy, Major McCoy and Darby Jo McCoy.
