Barbara Colleen Winsted Ward, 86 of Plainfield, passed away May 31, 2018.  Born January 2, 1932 in Plainfield, she was the daughter of Floyd "Billy" and Gertie Mae Turpin Winsted.  She married Ronald Ward on July 17, 1948 and he preceded her in death.  Colleen worked for the Indiana Department of Revenue for 11 years, retiring in 1983.  She was also a homemaker and a beautician.  Colleen was a 50 year member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.  Survivors include her children, Diana L. Satterly, Karen S. Hardin and Keith C. Ward; 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.  Her parents, husband, sisters, Mary Louise Broadstreet, Betty Engle and brother, Ronnie Winsted, preceded her in death.  Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Monday, June 4, 2018 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Maple Hill Cemetery with burial to follow.  Contributions may be made to Sheltering Wings P.
