Arthur Frank Lairmore, 87 of Plainfield, passed away on October 08, 2024. He was born on January 27, 1937 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Mable Mae (Mast) and Frank Lairmore. Arthur married Betty Jean Patterson on March 30, 1957 in Indianapolis and she preceded him in death on July 28, 2023. He was an U. S. Air Force veteran. Arthur worked for Appliance Parts Incorporated for 33 years and then at South Central in Indianapolis until his retirement. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Plainfield and the Masonic Lodge #653. He and his wife, Betty enjoyed travelling and especially their trips to Disneyland. Survivors include his son, Douglas B. (Michelle) Lairmore of Bainbridge; granddaughters, Amanda J. Lairmore-Heider, Megan (Jerred) Easterbrook; great grandchildren, Zayden Lairmore, Weston Lairmore, Aurora Heider, Jacob Easterbrook and Roman Easterbrook. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 66 years, Betty Lairmore; and great grandchildren, River and June Easterbrook. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the First Baptist Church 1012 Stafford Road Plainfield, IN 46168. Family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12 noon. Services will start at 12 noon in the church.   Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, is handling the arrangements.
