Artelia H. Walker, age 80, of Plainfield passed away peacefully in her residence on February 11, 2025.  She was born on July 27, 1944 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the late Alton and Janie Harrington.  She was the widow of William L. Walker.   Artelia was an interior designer for many years before her retirement.  She is survived by her two sons: Herman Walker III and William L. Walker, Jr.   Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield is handling cremation arrangements.  There will be no services held at this time.
