Ana Carolina Hartsock, age 56, of West Olive Michigan, passed away on March 23, 2026 in her residence surrounded by family. She was born on November 5, 1969 in Merida, Mexico. Carolina worked as a Human Resource manager for many various companies. Her hobbies included traveling, RV traveling, snow skiing, and hiking. Carolina was an inspiration to anyone that met her and will be missed by many.

Carolina is survived by her loving husband Sam Hartsock. Stepdaughters: Amanda, Samantha, and Rossanna. Mother: Pilar Alcocer. Sisters: Martha, Patricia, Claudia, and Karla. Brothers: Jorge and Pepe. 8 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Harmenegildo Alcocer.

Visitation will be on Friday March 27, 2026 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
