Alan P. Waldschmidt, 83, of Noblesville passed away on April 25, 2016 in his residence.  He was born in Youngstown, Ohio to Herbert Henry and Linda Swazy Waldschmidt.  Alan received his BBA from the University of Miami Florida and his MBA from Butler University.  He was an Industrial Bearing salesman for more than 40 years before his retirement.  Survivors include his wife of 60 years Mary Wilson Waldschmidt.  His children: Karen Marie King, Barbara Lee Yattaw (Gary) and John Waldschmidt.  12 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren.  Sisters: D. Elaine Waldschmidt and Joan W. Morgan.  Alan was preceded in death by his son Mark Alan Waldschmidt.  Graveside services will be held on Friday April 29, 2016 at 2 p.m. in Maple Hill Cemetery Plainfield.
