Abigail Lynn "Abby" Scheibelhut, 26 of Danville, passed away December 06, 2021.  She was born on June 30, 1995 in South Bend, Indiana, to Catherine M. (Hinshaw) Wray and Kevin R. Scheibelhut.  Abby graduated from Avon High School in 2013 and then attended IVY Tech for her medical assistant degree.  She worked at Hendricks Regional Health, Danville, as the unit clerk and medical assistant for the Child Birth Center.  Abby also worked part-time as a bartender at Central Normal Tap in Danville.  She loved her family, her English Labrador, the outdoors, and anything that was pink, glittery and/or sparkled.  Survivors include her mother, Cathy (Dan) Wray of Martinsville; father, Kevin (Lisa) Scheibelhut of Mishawaka; sister, Ashley Scheibelhut of Alaska; grandparents, Mary and Charlie Probasco of Richmond, Rebecca Shultz and Ray Witt of South Carolina; aunt, Sarah (Brad) Jefferis of Union City, Christine (Brian) Muncy of Ohio, Nicole Probasco of West Virginia; uncles, Scott (Maggie) Hinshaw of Fishers, Neil Scheibelhut of Ohio; and cousins, Isaac and Kora Jefferis of Kentucky, Jacob, Ava Grace and Luke Jefferis of Union City. Her beloved English Labrador, Wrangler and her cat, Dirt.   A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 12, 2021 in the Avon United Methodist Church.  Visitation will be from 1:00 – 4:00 pm until the service time in the church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hendricks County Humane Society 3033 E Main St Danville, IN 46122 or hendrickshumane.org   Baker Funeral Home, Danville, is handling the arrangements.
