Aaron P. Lipps, age 34, passed away on May 27, 2026, at his residence in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was born on November 22, 1991, in Muncie, Indiana, to James H. Lipps Jr. and Lisa (Horstman) Lipps.

Aaron graduated from Avon High School with the Class of 2009. In 2016, he proudly earned his welding certification and began his career, where he proved to be a talented welder. His work took him to locations including Utah and Puerto Rico. Above all else, Aaron loved his daughter, Emily, deeply. She was the light of his life, and some of his happiest moments were those shared with his little girl. Aaron also enjoyed spending time outdoors and could often be found fishing or hiking the trails of Louisiana and Texas. He loved animals and had a lifelong passion for music, especially classic rock, which he enjoyed playing on his drums. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hall-Baker Funeral Home in Plainfield, Indiana. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026, at St. Susanna Catholic Church, with Father Rob Hausladen officiating.

Aaron is survived by his mother, Lisa Lipps; his daughter, Emily Alexandra Lipps; his brother, Michael Lipps; his sisters, Sarah Jordan (Alan) and Rachael Lipps; his grandmother, JoAnn Lipps; his fiancée, Amanda Conniff; and his nephew, Graham Jordan. 

He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Lipps Jr.
