Paul E Dodson

Paul E. Dodson, 94 of Plainfield, passed away on October 25, 2018 in Plainfield Healthcare Center.  Paul was born on June 30, 1924 in Martinsburg, Kentucky to the late Claude H. and Eliza England Dodson.  He was a WWII Army veteran. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana Central College and his Master’s degree at Butler University.    He married Mary G. Keeton on June 21, 1980 in Indianapolis.  He was a salesman for Allisons for 30+ years retiring in 1982.  He was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Avon.  Survivors include his wife, Mary Dodson; sons, Mark A. (Lisa) Dodson, David Dodson; step-daughters, Phyllis Pyatt, Debbie Gibbs; sister, Brenda Salinas; 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  Calling hours will be on Sunday, October 28, 2018 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Funeral services will be on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Morris Hunsucker officiating.  Burial with military rites will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Faith Baptist Church Building Fund 7090 E U S Hwy 36 Avon, Indiana 46123.
