On Friday May 31st, Joyce Lee Dean 78, passed away peacefully. A loving and supportive wife to Husband Jerry Dean, mother of 8 children, and Grandmother of 15.

Born on June 1, 1941 Joyce was raised by her parents Robert and Lillian Rounds in Connersville / Acton, Indiana on a farm with her 3 brothers and always a love for animals. She obtained her High School Diploma in Indiana, and her Master’s Degree in life, by living every day to the fullest. Early in life Joyce transported and worked with the handicapped in their daily living, and was a great wife and mother. She then took a job with the Department of corrections retiring after 20+ years.

Joyce was passionate about motor cycle rides with her husband, traveling and making a happy home and exciting journey for the 2 of them and their loyal companions JD & Dino. Joyce loved unconditionally and always put others first. She was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and cook. Joyce was a friend and companion to so many, helping them along their own life journey, by sharing her experience, strength, and hope. Known for her kindness and compassion for others in time of need, she will be missed daily, by many.  

Joyce was preceded in death by Father Robert, Mother Lillian, and brothers Joe, Charles, and Jim. She is survived by her Husband; Jerry, Children; Randy, Jeff, Barb and Melissa, Step Children; David, Mike, Jeff, and Amber, Grandchildren; Devon, Marissa, Colton, Jeremiah, Brandon, Jessica and Dillon, Great Grandchildren; Mikayla, Tyler, Hayden, Isaiah, Shyla, Marra, Kai, and Aria, In-laws; Tom, Stacy, Courtney, Marty, Rose and many Nieces and Nephews.
