Was saddened to learn of Steve's apparently.abrupt passing and extend condolences to his entire family. I fondly recall his good humor back at Clayton High and will remember his saxophone riffs.

Dear Georgia, Stephanie, Janelle, and Stephen,
I'm thinking of you all as I'm so saddened by the loss of your husband and dad. He was always very welcoming and friendly to me and my girls when we were at one of your family events together. I'm thankful for the opportunities he gave all the boys to learn the value of earnings from a hard day's work on the farm. He will always be with you in these and other traits he has passed on to all of you. When you are missing him, just look at all of his beautiful grandchildren and cherish how much of him is still there. I wish I could be there this week to pay my respects in person and give you comfort, but know that I'll be thinking of you and praying for you as you celebrate his life. The girls and I send our love and prayers.
