The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

My condolences.

Joan is my cousin and growing up we spent many special hours together. She is a gentle sole like her father was. God has a very special angel in his chorus now. She loved all her family very much and always wanted to very best for them. She will never be forgotten. May God bless and be with you, Gordon, during this time.

I also have very precious memories of her. She was a sweet and happy person who loved her family and everyone she came in contact with. Thinking and saying prayers for Gordon and their children. As we all know death of a loved one makes life a hole that will never be the same. She would not want her family and friends to feel this. How can you help it tho.

I have many happy childhood memories that involved the Peel family. I remember Joan being my Sunday School and Vacation Bible School teacher when First Baptist Church of Plainfield was located on Center St, I pray you find peace knowing that Joan is now in the presence of God.
