Joseph C. Goodin, 32 of Danville, passed away May 5, 2017 in Indianapolis.  He was born September 22, 1984 in Danville to Linda M. Lewis Goodin and the late Mark A. Goodin.  Joe was a 2003 graduate of Danville Community High School and worked at O’Riley Auto Parts in Brownsburg.  He loved life and though he may not have attended church regularly, he did believe in God and all His glory.  He lived to enjoy all that God created naturally, with huge interest in kayaking God’s great streams, enjoying the simple life and identifying the strength others had, but could not find in themselves.  He accepted everyone he met; leaving them with the assurance they were someone special and had someone to talk to, no matter who they were.  He revelled in the joy of being with friends and family, always having a special mischievous smile and kind words to those he never met uplifting spirits everywhere he went.  Survivors include his mother, Linda Goodin of Danville; his brothers, Nathaniel Goodin of Indianapolis, David, Daniel and Isaiah Goodin, all of Danville; grandmothers, Ursula Lewis of Lizton and Kathryn Goodin of Brownsburg.  Services will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 12, 2017 in Baker Funeral Home, Danville.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the service in the funeral home.
