Harry Baker Bradley, 81 of Danville, passed away December 5, 2017. Born November 2, 1936 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Glenn L. and Helen M. Baker Bradley. He married Joy Bosley on April 3, 1955 in the Danville Christian Church.
Mr. Bradley began his career as teacher and coach in the Avon School Corporation. He also taught at Danville and Speedway Schools. He was an Administrator at Avon, Danville, and Tri West Schools. Mr. Bradley retired from his administrative role at Indiana Boys School.
He loved being outdoors working in his yard. Mr. Bradley loved spending time with his wife and family. He could always be found at sporting events watching his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Joy Bradley of Danville; children, Kathy (Terry) Strahm of Avon, Kelly (Max) Siddons of Danville, Harry Baker Bradley II (Rhonda) of Avon, Greg (Lori) Bradley of Danville; brother, Geoffrey (Betty) Bradley of Avon; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 am on Monday, December 11, 2017 in Baker Funeral Home, Danville, with burial to follow in Danville South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00-6:00 pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 in the funeral home.
